Management Committee in Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone, agency of Hangzhou Municipal Government, will provide comprehensive, high-quality, effective and professional, “one-station” whole process agent or assistant service free of charge for investors from China and other countries who come to establish business here. The agency services include the procedure management service of program establishment examination and approval, register, land application and workshop construction, etc; and the assistant services include all procedures necessary for enterprises, such as hi-tech authentication, industry and commerce administration, customs, commodity inspection, taxation and banking, etc. Furthermore, all the enterprises in the zone shall benefit from the preferential policies for them made by Hangzhou Municipal government and the Management Committee in the Development Zone. Among these preferential policies, financial support and encouragement will be paid to the national key industries, leading industries in the Development Zone and authorized hi-tech enterprises within the national policy range; the preferential and supportive "special policy for special enterprise" will be paid to high quality projects that are greatly invested, highly output and of low energy consumption.
