There are two main programmed population resources: first, most of the existing rural population is arranged in this area. The existing rural population is around 20,000, of which 15,000 is settled in this area. The other one is the population aggregation caused by the Development Zone construction. The programmed aggregation population is 35,000. Therefore, it is certain that the population size of the Development Zone would reach 50,000.
The coverage of planned residential land is 3.8971 million square meters, accounting for 18.86% of the land for construction in the zone.
Four supporting living residential sections are planned within the Development Zone: relying on the township of Tangxi Town and Loquat Garden Leisure land in “West Pacific” to form Tangxi Residential Section; reserving the rural residential land to combine with planned residential land at the south side and form the Quanzhang Residential Section; programming Hangnan Residential Section at the west of Heyu Road and the south of Yunxi Road; and settle the rural resident at south of Xingyuan Road and east of No. 09 Provincial Highway to form Zhujiajiao Residential Section. The supporting public facilities are arranged in each section to adapt the requirements of development.
