Hangzhou Qianjiang Economic Development Zone locates in the south wing of the Yangtze River Delta, the west end of Hangzhou Bay, the lower reaches of Qiantang River,and the south end of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.
It is near to Shanghai in north and Ningbo City in East. The Development Zone is the eastern gateway of Hangzhou to Jiangsu Province, and the provincial-level development zone that is nearest to Shanghai with advantaged position. Qianjiang Economic Development Zone lies in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, leans on the township of Tangxi Town in the west, leans on Linping industry area in the east, adjoins Beijing – Hangzhou Grand Cannel in north and views Linping City in the south. The linear distance is around 20km away from Wulin Square and Xiasha Town in the main urban area of Hangzhou. It is surrounded by Yuhang Economic Development Zone and Xingwang Industrial Town both of which have begun to take shape; in the meantime, industrial foundation in the ambient villages and towns is quite good with obvious location advantages. |
