1. The stage for the construction unit (supervision unit) to organize internal acceptance inspection
□. The execution company puts forward the application and then the construction unit (supervision unit) organizes the execution company, investigation unit and design unit to have primary acceptance inspection and rectify related issues.
□. The execution company fills in the project completion acceptance inspection report, the construction unit organizes the investigation unit, design unit and supervision unit to carry out the completion acceptance inspection, and the Quality Supervision Station staves supervise the completion acceptance inspection. For the qualified projects, the reconnaissance unit, design unit and supervision unit shall sign the quality conformance documents respectively and inspectors shall sign the original document for the completion acceptance inspection. It is the Quality Supervision Station staves who present the project quality supervision report to the recording authority.
2．The application is put forward to the departments of planning, public security and fire control, environment protection, electric power and urban construction archives, etc.(names of the departments are listed below) at the special acceptance inspection stage. After each department has explored on site, examined and approved data and raised the related problems necessary for rectification, the construction unit organizes to make rectification. Upon acquiring acceptance from all departments, all the said departments present the acceptance documents or documents of approval for usage (in case the time is limited, this procedure can be carried out concurrently with the last procedure).
3.The construction unit organizes the completion meeting and invites all departments (names of the departments are listed below) to participate at the comprehensive acceptance stage.
4.Data recording: Collect all related documents acquired from the steps above (recording documents include the acceptance documents or documents of approval for usage by the four departments: the planning, public security and fire control, environment protection and urban construction archives), the project construction contract agreement, the project quality warranties signed by the executive company, copy of the construction license and the completion acceptance inspection sheet in triplicate copies are submitted to the Construction Bureau window at the second floor of Hangzhou City Yuhang District Administrative Service Centre. Notes: the application data of the planning, public security, fire control, environment protection and urban construction archives are attached separately. The invited units: Yuhang District Environment Protection Bureau, Yuhang District Technology Supervision Bureau, Yuhang District Construction Bureau Planning Office, Yuhang District Power Supply Bureau, Yuhang District Fire Control Team, Yuhang District Transportation Police Team, Yuhang District Gas Office, Yuhang District Drainage Office, Yuhang District Water Supply Group and Yuhang Telecom Co., Ltd.
